Introducing Donna @ Not Just Red Ones Ltd
Not Just Red Ones is a Kaiapoi based company that specialises in the design and creation of both e-commerce (online shop) webstores and jewellery.
Although these two areas may at first appear to be rather diverse areas to be working in, the same design principles, emphasis on functionality and quality, and the same care and attention to detail apply to both.
Our e-commerce stores (online shops) are built using the New Zealand based Storbie platform. Storbie stores are fully functional, high quality and look great – even on the smallest hand-held screen – yet they remain super affordable and are easy for both the store owner and the customer to use. If you already have a bricks and mortar retail presence but aren’t yet selling online, then a Storbie store is a ‘must have’. If you are just starting your retail business, then a Storbie store is a simple and affordable way to introduce your products to the world.
Storbie stores can be built to stand alone and act as your business’s primary website as well as your online store or they can quickly and easily be added to your existing website. As an added bonus, they can also be fully integrated with existing Vend and/or Xero accounts.
Not Just Red Ones is an officially accredited Storbie partner, and an official Vend advisor, so not only can we build your store for you, but we also provide you with ongoing support as well. In addition to all of that, we are also experienced e-commerce store owners so we don’t just talk the talk, we really do know our Storbie stores inside and out.
Creating jewellery began as a hobby (as so many small businesses do) and when Not Just Red Ones was launched, some personally owned pieces were used to illustrate a section of our business website. And from there our jewellery business began to grow …
Our particular claim to fame is our ability to transform humble low value beads into far more expensive looking pieces of wearable art. We do this by building our pieces on a base of good quality components and by applying the same careful attention to design and detail that we use when creating our webstores.
Our jewellery was introduced to Kaiapoi locals in Autumn this year at two of the town’s local markets. In-home jewellery parties have also been successfully trialled and look set to become a regular event. We are also very pleased to be able to announce that one of our pieces has just made it through to the finals in our first ever international jewellery design competition.
