Incite is a specialist resource management consultancy formed in 1997. We have offices in Christchurch, Nelson, Wellington, Auckland and undertake work throughout the country for a range of clients in both the private and government sectors.

Bowden Consultancy was established in 1997 by Michael Bowden. In 2002 Bowden Consultancy started trading under the name Bowden Environmental. Since then the company has expanded its operations and services which relate to all aspects of groundwater and surface water consents, effluent discharges, management plans and storage, water supply and services, reticulation, resource management, site investigation and ecology. March 2017 marked the 20th anniversary for the company.

Significant experience has been gained over the years and is routinely called upon to provide in field data collection and analysis (e.g. aquifer testing, surface water gauging, and water quality testing).

The company also has a broad experience of council and environmental court hearings, compliance and environmental monitoring programmes and reports.

Each member of the staff has their own specialty ranging from engineering to geology to business skills. Between them the company has worked on the investigation and the assessment of the environmental effects on flood protection works, waste discharges, groundwater abstractions, surface water abstraction, gravel extraction & stockpile, effluent discharge and storage, works within riverbeds, bores and galleries, step and constant discharge tests.
